Refund policy

You are allowed to open the order upon delivery while the courier is present.

• If the item is not suitable, it can be returned immediately to the courier.

• In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

• Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and standard exchange policy applies.
